CLINICAL

Behavioral Specialist
Part-time position available, 12 hours per week, late afternoon to early evening hours. Evaluate and assess the social and emotional functioning abilities of individuals with developmental disabilities. Develop goals and objectives and implement strategies to achieve such goals in a group home setting. Train staff in behavioral management techniques. Qualified candidates must have a Master's degree in Psychology and experience in Assessments and Behavioral Modification Program Design and Development.

DIRECT CARE

Dietician/Nutritionist
We currently have a rewarding Part-time (8 hours per week) position available for a Dietician/Nutritionist working in a residential setting for adults with developmental disabilities, providing Nutritional Assessment of each individual and developing strategies to insure appropriate meals and nourishment. Design a substitution menu in conjunction with the master menu. Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual assessment of each individual’s dietary management plan. Applicants must have a Bachelors Degree with a major in Food and Nutrition, and must have certification as a Registered Dietician/Nutritionist, or have the equivalent of such training and experience. This is a contract position.

Cook
We currently have Two Part-time split shift positions available. One position is for Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 9:30 am and 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm (30 hours). The other position is for Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (16 hours). High School diploma is required. Must have experience cooking for groups of ten or more, and a valid Driver’s License is preferred. Responsible for the inventory, storage, preparation and serving of food for the individuals that live in the residence. Must maintain the preparation and serving areas as well as all utensils and food storage areas in a safe and sanitary manner. Ensure all meals are prepared in accordance with menus and dietary management as assessed and prescribed.

We are opening a café that will serve as a training site for individuals with developmental disabilities who are preparing for job readiness. The menu and hours of operation may expand at a later time. High school diploma and one year experience for the following positions are required.

Restaurant Manager

Full-time position at our upcoming café is available, Tuesday through Saturday for breakfast and lunch. Will be responsible for the direction and supervision of overall activities at the café, as well as ensuring an efficient operation is in place. Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience is preferred.

Line Cook, Waitress, Dishwasher, and Part-time Custodian
Must be willing to work with people with developmental disabilities. In addition you must provide documentation for eligibility to work in the United States.
